Within USA gratiae-usa.com ships via FedEx. Worldwide (outside USA) ships via our logistic centers around the world.
Within USA: $9.99 for orders under $70 and free for orders over $70 (10 – 14 business days)
Worldwide (outside USA): $9.99. Delivery time depends on local delivery companies (no delivery time guaranteed), please note that in some countries local custom fees are applicable.
*All APO/FPO and PO Box orders have a $9.99 delivery cost (Free with any $100 Order) and will be shipped via Smartpost. P.O. Box delivery time is 3-8 days and APO/FPO delivery time is 4-6 weeks.
Return / exchange a product
gratiae-usa.com offers refunds on unopened products within 14 days. Simply return any unopened product (only products bought in full price from this website) for a full refund. Please call 1-305-407-1975 or contact us through the website here: https://gratiae-usa.com/contact as a customer service representative will assist you prior to sending the product back to have a case number or a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) assigned to the return. We will refund your credit card less shipping and handling charges, if any. Returns typically require up to 10 business days for processing once received by our warehouse. Costs to return items to Premier North America are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately by phone or email and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Office hours are Monday-Thursday 9:30 am – 5 pm & Friday 9:30 am – 3:00 pm. We are closed during weekends and federal holidays.
