These unique formulations incorporate water from a mineral-rich spring found close to the Sea of Galilee, named ‘Gratiae’ by the Roman Emperor Hadrian, after the Three Graces of charm, beauty and fertility. The naturally therapeutic and rejuvenating properties of this mineral water have a profoundly beneficial on the skin in particular, restoring its beauty and youthfulness.

We not only use the power of this special spring water, but also select beneficial plants from the Sea of Galilee area to use in our products. This flora which is unique to this particular habitat, has been grown to the exacting standards of organic farming, without the addition of pesticides and fertilizers. Using an age old understanding of the various herbs, plants and oils, combined with a modern day manufacturing process within state of the art facilities, the result is a top quality range of skin care products. We test our products rigorously – but never on animals – so you can be sure they suitable for use even on the most sensitive of skins.

Gratiae not only cares about the health of your skin and body but is committed to protecting the environment. That’s why we use organic materials wherever possible and ensure that our crops do not derive from cleared tracts of rain forest. Our preferred choice of ingredients is fair trade, and no child labor has been involved. We also use eco-friendly bags for packaging which break down naturally in nature. As evidence of our eco-friendly policies we were awarded the ‘Guardian of the environment’ seal in 2005.
